I'm in Boston the same week every year, and Giacomo's is always on my list for dinner. Basic Italian seafood menu kicked up with excellent quality and service. Super convenient and great staff round out this Boston treasure. Try for reservations, because this place fills up fast!

Good quality, Italian American food. Not too many dishes, keep it simple and good. You can get a big bowl of linguine teeming with seafood for $20, got to be something said for that. Service is good, desserts seem authentic, and everything was tasty. As an Italian (from Italy!) I'm happy to recommend it.

Holy cow. One of the best Italian meals I’ve eaten, and that includes those in Italy! Absolutely fantastic and I had a special plate tonight with shrimp, scallops and mushrooms in a a white creamy garlic sauce. Absolutely terrific! Highly recommend!!

They food and dessert was delicious! Excellent service. Seating is limited and slightly cramped. I have been craving Broccoli and chicken and that's what I ordered! Cash only!

Excellent food. Cash only and no reservations meant there was a bit of a wait outside, but waitstaff turn over tables quickly and get your food out fast. Got a delicious burratta appetizer, and two plates of seafood linguine, all for very reasonable prices given that we were in the heart of North End. Absolute must see for anyone looking for an authentic Italian-American experience in Boston.
